ABS-CBN’s current ‘Prime Time King’ Coco Martin is going full gear in his side-career as a digital entrepreneur. The 36-year-old television and movie actor’s Cosyn MediaTech, Inc.—his joint venture with game development firm Synergy 88 Digital—and the giant broadcast network’s licensing division recently launched ‘La Luna Sangre’ Filter mobile app.

The new app, which can now be downloaded for free on Google Play and Apple Store, initially features 50 theme filters based on the three main characters of the primetime TV show ‘La Luna Sangre’—Tristan, Malia, and Sandrino (played by Daniel Padilla, Kathryn Bernardo, and Richard Gutierrez, respectively).

“We just want to show you that there are different ways that we can have fun with our favorite shows,” said Cosyn MediaTech co-founder and managing director Jackie Chua. Martin is a co-founder and creative director of the app development venture.

Meanwhile, ABS-CBN Licensing Head Karen Coloma hinted that there could possibly be more apps tied to other TV shows of the network that could be released in partnership with Cosyn MediaTech in the future. “We may not be able to disclose them right now, but surely, there would be more exciting titles that are coming up,” the executive said.

La Luna Sangre’ Filter app is the second mobile app jointly launched by ABS-CBN and Cosyn MediaTech. In October 2017, the firms launched ‘Ang Panday’ mobile game app prior to the start of the promotional campaign for Martin’s movie of the same title (based on a Carlo J. Caparas classic comic-novel), which was among the official entries of the Metro Manila Film Festival 2017 that opened in December.

The actor, who also directed the movie, claims to have co-designed ‘Ang Panday’ mobile game app. It is still available as a free download on Google Play.
