At the end of the three-month trial period, customers can decide whether to keep the plan they initially selected or choose another one from the three available GoBIG plans. Subscribers of Plan 1299 enjoy 400GB of combined data allocation (including 100GB for YouTube access) for speeds of up to 5 Mbps. Plan 1599 provides 500GB of data and speeds up to 10 Mbps, while Plan 1899 allocates 600GB of data with speeds up to 50 Mbps.
All plans come with free complimentary subscription to Netflix, Disney Channel apps, and HOOQ (duration of free trial per service varies).
Each trial plan requires a modem fee, which can be fully refunded if a customer decides to discontinue the service within the first 15 days after the start of subscription. The devices installed (modem and telephone set) must also be returned to avail the refund.
