Mall operators announce special store schedules for November 1

October 31, 2017 (Tuesday) and November 1, 2017 (Wednesday) were declared special non-working holidays in the country. November 1 is a traditional holiday in observance of All Saints’ Day (Undas), when most Filipino families visit the graves of their departed beloveds to pay tribute and pray for them.

October 31 was declared a holiday as well in consideration of those who would need to go to provinces for the occasion. November 2 is the date to observe All Souls’ Day. This year, it was not declared a holiday and would then mark resumption of office and work hours.

Most of the major malls nationwide would observe regular weekday mall hours on October 31. But there would be special mall hours on November 1.
