iflix is adding another highly anticipated U.S. TV show into its extensive portfolio of popular shows available via online streaming. The leading provider of Subscription Video on Demand (SVoD) service in Southeast Asia proudly announces the arrival of NBCUniversal’s latest series Midnight, Texas.
The supernatural thriller premiered in the U.S. via NBC on July 24, 2017. Now, its latest episodes can be streamed or downloaded on iflix every Tuesday, express or same day as its U.S. broadcast.
Midnight, Texas—based on a book series with the same title authored by Charlaine Harris (who also wrote the novel that was adapted into True Blood TV series)—is about a psychic who communicates with spirits and is surrounded by human and supernatural allies. Together, the extraordinary group faces all the secrets and challenges that hound the town called Midnight.
“This supernatural thriller takes audiences on a journey to the town of Midnight, where being normal is strange,” said iflix Philippines Country Manager Sherwin dela Cruz about the new TV show acquired by the service. “With a powerful plot and dynamic cast, we’re thrilled to launch another highly anticipated exclusive from NBCUniversal, only on iflix. Fans of True Blood and paranormal drama can look forward to new episodes of Midnight, Texas weekly—wherever, whenever.”
