Power Mac Center makes customer services more accessible via mobile app

The first ever mobile app for Apple-device customer care services in the Philippines is now up. Power Mac Center has launched PMCService, which is now available for download in the App Store.

The country’s premier Apple reseller created the special mobile app to give its customers full, convenient, and 24/7 online access to all its Service Center offerings.

“There is rising demand for real-time access to services and other information among our customers,” said Power Mac Center Marketing Director Joey Alvarez. “Power Mac Center wants to provide complete care to the Filipino Apple market so we created the PMCService app, which is the first of its kind, yet to be offered by other Apple-authorized service providers in the Philippines.”

Available services
Through the new app, Apple device users can now easily book an appointment on their preferred schedule and even track real-time device repair status of their devices online. Thus, they would not need to spend time and effort dropping by the nearest service centers to them just to check up on the ongoing repair of their Apple gadgets.

Aside from that, PMCService app also facilitates checking of any Apple device’s warranty coverage, the repair services covered, and available Power Mac Centers near their locations. This makes the mobile app a one-stop shop for relevant information on all service center offerings.

What’s more? Power Mac Center has made sure the app will be easy to use, navigate, and access through its user-friendly interface. This way, even less techie customers can instantly access services online, anywhere they are, and anytime of the day.
