It will be an Independence Day weekend to remember in the new normal. You don’t have to fly to the province of Guimaras to enjoy its famous Manggahan Festival, where locals and travelers indulge in the sweetest mangoes to their hearts’ content!
Market! Market! is giving mango lovers in the metro something to look forward to this Saturday, June 11, 2022. In partnership with Rural Rising PH and Alagang Ayala Mall, Market! Market! will host Mango All-You-Can-Eat event at the Activity Center.
The delicious challenge will charge ₱200 per participant to enjoy a 20-minute Mango All-You-Can-Eat experience. It will be a rewarding activity for all mango lovers, who may not resist the call of the country’s sweetest mangoes. It will also be a sweet way to help and support mango producers in Guimaras, which is known for its sweetest and prettiest mangoes.
Check out these mechanics:
1. ENTRANCE FEE. We want to help the mango farmers by charging ₱200 per participant in this Mango Eat-All-You-Can activity.
2. WAIVER. Participants shall be required to sign a waiver. Strictly no waiver, no participation.
3. MINORS WELCOME. Children shall be allowed to participate with the consent and supervision of their parents. Children will pay full price.
4. TIME LIMIT. Each participant has twenty (20) minutes to Mango-Eat-All-You-Can.
5. SELF-SERVICE. Each participant will be given one plate of mangoes. Additional plates are available from the serving table.
6. EATING PROPER. Eating shall be done with bare hands. Gloves shall be issued.
7. CLEAN AS YOU GO. When the time is up, participants must collect their waste and dispose of them in the designated garbage bins near the exit.
8. INTERVENTION. Mango-Eat-All-You-Can is NOT an eating contest. In the interest of health and safety, the organizers reserve the right to stop a participant at any time from consuming more mangoes, with a full refund of the Entrance Fee.
9. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE HOME THE MANGOES.
