Why PH will forever be memorable for global pop band LANY

American pop band LANY asserts that the Philippines will forever be memorable to the group. The globally successful trio has marked the country for its first-ever arena concert, which happened at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in 2018.

“Best night of my life without a doubt. Thank you, Manila.” This was tweeted by LANY frontman Paul Klein immediately after that sold-out event.

After two years, LANY is again directly addressing its Filipino fans. Being among the latest ambassadors of smartphone brand vivo in the Philippines, the group is once again asking for support.

“Mabuhay Philippines. We are LANY and we are so excited to be the new members of the vivo family, the band said in a video posted on vivo Philippines’ FB page. “We’re having so much fun with the all-new vivo V19. Go and check it out, it will definitely ignite your night.”

With this partnership, vivo and LANY invite millennials to ignite their night with the new vivo V19 Neo—a smartphone that boasts of a super night mode camera feature and enhanced gaming capabilities that are ideal for work-from-home individuals who pursue their passions at night.

LANY, an acronym for ‘Los Angeles New York,’ was formed in Los Angeles, California in 2015. Comprising of frontman Klein, drummer jake Gross, and keyboardist Les Priest, LANY is known for producing songs with poetic lyrics on love and heartbreak, dream-like soundscape, and modern aesthetics.

Through the upcoming album ‘Mama’s Boy,’ LANY hopes it could sing its way back to the hearts of its Filipino followers. The group notes that the new album is based on inspiration upon looking back at its own journey as a band—from the discovery of its unique sound to its global success in the music landscape, which may have started with the group’s iconic Manila concert in 2018.

Purchase a brand-new vivo V19 Neo now through vivo’s official site and its official stores in Shopee and Lazada.
