Following the reopening of most SM Supermalls and Robinsons Malls on May 16, 2020, Ayala Malls resumed operations of all its Metro Manila locations on Monday, May 18, 2020. The date coincides with the first day of resumed work schedules of businesses that belong to specified industries that can partially reopen.
Prior to the reopening of its Metro Manila-based malls, Ayala Malls reopened some of its locations in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao on May 16, particularly those in cities or provinces that are not under enhanced community quarantine (ECQ), modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ), or general community quarantine (GCQ).
Ayala Malls said its reopened malls are strictly following the health and safety protocols recommended by the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) on Emerging Infectious Diseases. Moreover, not all stores are reopening yet as those providing essential goods and services are initially prioritized until May 31, 2020 or until further notice.
Below are the new operating hours of the newly reopened Ayala Malls in Metro Manila. Take note that all malls are requiring Quarantine Pass or Proof of Exemption plus valid IDs before anyone is allowed entry into their premises. Wearing face masks and observing other health-safety protocols are also required.
