In compliance with the Philippine government regulations to control the Covid-19 outbreak and amid the enhanced community quarantine in Luzon and the state of calamity nationwide, Cebu Pacific and CebGo have cancelled all their domestic and international flights from March 19 until April 14, 2020.
Passengers who were affected by such cancellations are offered three options: rebooking, crediting of ticket amount in full to a travel fund, and full refund. All three options can be processed online through the ‘Manage Booking’ portal in the Cebu Pacific website.

Follow the following procedures to store the full value of your ticket/s in a Travel Fund.
Meanwhile, if you opt to get a full refund, be reminded that transactions will be based on the mode of payment availed upon booking of the flight. If you paid in cash, your refund shall be claimed at a designated Cebu Pacific ticket office (from April 15 onwards). If payment was coursed through a debit or credit card, allow at least three billing cycles for the refund to be credited back into the account (in anticipation of a high volume of refund transactions).
