One of the biggest business process outsourcing (BPO) firms in the country has unveiled its new logo. Concentrix has rolled out its new emblem along with its new brand positioning through the first-ever drone show organized by a customer experience (CX) company in the country.
Showcased during one of its Family Day events called One Fam Nation Musicfest held on June 2 at the Amoranto Complex in Quezon City, the new Concentrix logo represents the organization’s commitment to deliver solutions and total transformations that drive significant outcomes. The rebrand embodies Concentrix’s commitment to continue unlocking “immense value through human-centered, tech-powered, and intelligence-fueled experiences.”
“With this new identity, we are poised to further our mission to design, build, and run fully integrated solutions that redefine the way companies connect and grow across every major vertical in over 70 markets,” Concentrix stated through a video heralding its rebrand.
Concentrix Philippines coincided the new logo unveiling with what it considers the country’s biggest employee-focused multi-event series in which the company invests hundreds of millions of pesos every year, the Concentrix Family Day. #OneFAMNation Musicfest was among the 11 location-based events the company will mount nationwide. The drone show was front-acted by popular local bands Parokya Ni Edgar, Silent Sanctuary, and P-pop group BILIB that performed with thousands of Concentrix game-changers and their loved ones as audience.
“Family Day celebrates our ‘game-changers,’ our driving force noted for their hard work and perseverance,” said Concentrix VP for People Solutions Hazel Bañas. “We recognize that we all work for our family. This is actually a big deal to motivate our game-changers. We hope this would lead to higher satisfaction rates as we keep our goal to provide the right experience to our game-changers.”
Bañas also revealed that after the Family Day events, Concentrix Philippines is also set to mount ‘On the Rise,’ a leadership summit for its game-changers slated for August or September. The Recognition Night, which will also be held in different locations, is another sought-after event for game-changers.
