A recently signed trilateral AI and digital infrastructure agreement is aiming to improve customer experience in the Philippines and across Southeast Asia using advanced AI technology. The partnership was forged on March 2 by InfiniVAN Inc, Gnani Innovations Private Limited, and IPS Pro.
InfiniVAN is a Japanese-Filipino telecommunications firm authorized by the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) to deliver world-class broadband services nationwide. Gnani.ai is an India-based company that specializes in advanced AI technological platforms, supporting over 30 million voice interactions daily in over 40 languages globally. Tokyo-based IPS Pro, on the other hand, offers services, including first-class customer engagement solutions, in call center operations in Japan.
Together, the three parties will collectively act as a key pioneer in advancing technology vital for businesses’ progression and in strengthening client relationships. The partnership is set to further improve customer service, engagement, and support by utilizing the best and most advanced AI and language technologies. They will meticulously respond to evolving customer needs, operate smoothy, and create hassle-free processing.
“This partnership is not just about business; it is about people creating a better future together. We want to use innovation to help communities and bring hope and opportunity through this technology,” said IPS Inc CEO and President Koji Miyashita.
For its part, Gnani.ai emphasized the significance of bringing together resources in the form of infrastructure and AI capabilities. “We believe that AI could make communication more intelligent, accessible, and impactful for businesses and communities. This partnership with InfiniVAN and IPS Pro will bring together advanced infrastructure and cutting-edge AI innovation, enabling enterprises in the country and across the region to unlock new possibilities in customer experience and digital transformation,” said Gnani.ai Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer Ananth Nagaraj.
This new collaboration will introduce advanced voice-based AI systems that could operate in multiple local dialects, an initiative that will be most beneficial to local businesses that deal with customer service. The service will continuously evolve to include more new dialects and languages not just across the Philippines but also across the region.
InfiniVAN will provide the infrastructure support system through its growing telco network. The company’s Chief Technology Officer Alberto Espedido has assured that their capabilities can support the heavy processing demands even of real-time voice AI.
The usefulness of this collaborative system will be based in building productivity with AI and humans. Language scholars from the University of the Philippines are also being consulted to continuously improve and grow the system.
