The new smartphone is so far the most affordable in its lineup of devices with 18:9 full screen display and A.I Beauty Selfies features—at an initial price tag of just P9,990.

In a quick glance, the OPPO A83 is obviously a toned-down version of its immediate predecessor, the F5 Youth, though it has a smaller body measuring 5.7 inches and a body weight of just about 143 grams, making it easier on a user’s grip. The new smartphone is also not shy in facilitating an immersive visual experience.
As a selfie and gaming device
In line with the Selfie Expert handle, the OPPO A83 is equipped with an 8MP front shooter, which facilitates detection of over 200 facial recognition spots. This way, it carries out personalized beautification tasks based on a user’s facial traits and an auto mode A.I. recommended beautification. Consequently, the new selfie device produces natural-looking shots without the need to adjust its camera settings. It even has a 13MP rear camera with LED flash.
