Pay&Go celebrates 11 years of advancing financial inclusion across PH

Press Release

Pay&Go celebrates its 11th anniversary by honoring the people and partnerships that have propelled it as the leading provider of self-service payment kiosks in the Philippines. Guided by its commitment to financial inclusion, the company continues to expand essential financial services through the nationwide roll out of its Cash Out feature.

Over the past 11 years, Pay&Go has worked tirelessly to build a network. Now at 4,500 locations nationwide, the milestone reflects the shared dedication of the Pay&Go team and partners across the Philippines.

With more than 4,500 locations nationwide, Pay&Go dedicates the celebration of its 11th anniversary to its hardworking team and trusted partners, whose support has helped bring financial services closer to millions of Filipinos.

Accessible financial services for all

Financial Inclusion has remained at the heart of Pay&Go’s mission. Through the Pay&Go kiosks, customers who have limited access to traditional banking services can cash in, cash out, pay bills, purchase e-load, and access other essential services through an accessible and easy-to-use payment kiosk.

This year, Pay&Go reached another milestone with the roll out of Cash Out services, extending the role of its kiosk beyond payments and cash in transactions. This new feature gives customers another convenient way to flow seamlessly between digital and physical finance.

A milestone made possible by people and partnerships

Pay&Go’s nationwide growth has been supported by the collective efforts of its employees, and the long-standing support of its partner banks, malls, supermarkets, convenience stores, pharmacies, academic institutions, LGU offices, telco and service providers, entertainment platforms, and more.

The company remains committed to nurturing these relationships through collaboration, innovation, and a shared commitment to serving Filipino communities.

Looking ahead for Pay&Go

As Pay&Go enters its 12th year, the company remains committed to expanding its nationwide network, rolling out more Cash Out-enabled machines, introducing more services, and technological advancements to equip the country’s growing financial needs.

“By making daily transactions seamless and accessible, we actively fuel local commerce and empower communities by providing seamless, accessible solutions for everyday transactions,” says BTI Payments Philippines CEO Dan Ibarra. “May this milestone inspire the team to reach greater heights, break new ground, and continue transforming lives through technology,” he added.

With gratitude for the people and partners who have shaped its journey, Pay&Go looks forward to more years of innovation, growth, and meaningful service to the nation.
