All work and no play makes all of us a little…worn out. There are days when stress and exhilaration get the better of us, while we work at the office or even at home in the new normal. While coffee or tea breaks are effective, there are some other activities that will surely refresh you or charge up your energy and concentration.

Daily Same Game
You surely are familiar with this simple game! Daily Same Game is a Match-3-Games category game that is one of the easiest to play without posing any pressure. You simply need to break the adjacent cells with the same color by clicking on any of the colored squares to clear those similarly colored grids off the board. Upon clearing of those squares, all others above them will fall down to fill the space (if a whole column is cleared, the adjacent column will move to the left to fill the gap).
If you think it’s that simple, wait until you realize that it could still be a challenge to clear the board off all squares! You will be in a grid-lock situation if there are isolated, differently colored squares remaining. Thus, before starting to click similarly colored games, it is best to look and analyze the board at the start and have an effective strategy to clear off all squares. And don’t forget, there’s a timer to take note of—so you can eventually try to beat your own record or the record of your companion/s playing the Daily Same Game. The thumbs-up symbol would only appear if you successfully clear a board game of any square.
What is to be loved in the Daily Same Game is its simple mechanics. You can even choose to play either the Easy or Hard level and choose how many squares to clear off the board per game. Templok
Many of us have experienced playing Tetris during childhood (calling all Gen X or ‘90s kids out there). Solitaire.org’s Templok, a logic puzzle game, is more like it, but this time, is a level-up game. Unlike in Tetris, you cannot rotate or alter the position or shape of the block of pieces (or bricks). You just need to drag those from the bottom of the screen into the playing board, and place them anywhere they can fit. If the group of bricks is not colored, just drag it into the Hold corner (at the right bottom of the screen) to turn it so it fits, or re-roll to get a replacement piece.
It is a bit challenging, but it is not nerve-wracking enough to affect your mood. Just like in any game, you need to be a little more strategic before playing Templok game and make your moves with the end in mind. Trust us when we say this game is challenging and fun, you’ll not realize how much time you’re spending just to score points and clear off bricks of the same color (in a row or column). The simple game is enough to keep your mind up in a long, winding, and pressuring day. It’s also good for those idle days.
Cookie Monster
What a joy! If you grew up playing PacMan arcade games as a kid, why not try reliving the happiness brought by the adrenaline rush playing Cookie Monster? Just like in your old favorite, you just need to eat the pellets along the maze. If you are lucky and strategic enough, you’ll pass by power pellets that can turn those nasty ghosts into cookies. Use your keyboard’s arrow keys to direct Cookie Monster where it will go. Believe us when we say, “you can’t help laughing and jumping off your seat when you hit good scores or when those ghosts finally catch you!”
Cookie Monster is among the simplest to play but very fun online arcade games you can find and play at Solitary.org. You will tend to just keep on playing and playing then advance to the next, more difficult level until you lose track of time and forget your stress and boredom.
