This August, in celebration of Buwan ng Wika, Taal Vista Hotel proudly presents the OG Series in Veranda: Filipino Fiesta, a month-long culinary celebration that honors Filipino heritage and traditions. Happening on three flavorful buffet weekends: August 16–17, 23–24, and 30–31, this special event brings together the iconic flavors of La Loma and Malabon.
OG Series in Veranda: Filipino Fiesta showcases the exceptional craftsmanship of three beloved lechon artisans: Mila’s Lechon, Monchie’s Lechon, and Elar’s Lechon, each bringing their unique flair and rich heritage to the table. Paired with a vibrant array of Malabon Fiesta Favorites, this feast is a true celebration of Filipino culinary traditions. Every weekend tells a story of festive gatherings, family bonds, and joyful fiestas that have been cherished for generations.
On August 16–17, guests can indulge in the succulent roast of La Loma’s Mila’s Lechon alongside Malabon Fiesta Favorites. The following weekend, August 23–24, will highlight La Loma’s Monchie’s Lechon, while August 30–31 will feature the much-loved La Loma’s Elar’s Lechon. Complementing the lechon are timeless dishes from our esteemed event partners, including Nanay’s Pancit Malabon, Jay R’s D’ Original Okoy, Hazel’s Special Puto, Dolor’s Kakanin, and Ellet’s Sweets Halo-Halo.
