Teleperformance PH launches first cloud-connected workstation in a jeepney

Teleperformance Philippines has launched a mobile cloud-connected workstation simulating a fully-enabled work-at-home setup. Through a physical event held at the Sunlife Amphitheatre, live-streamed through the firm’s FB page, on February 28, 2022, Teleperformance showcased its Cloud Campus work-at-home solution through its latest innovation, the Cloud Campus Jeepney.

The jeepney is actually a mobile workstation that is connected to the cloud to allow people to work and stay fully connected even while on the road. The Cloud Campus Jeepney is designed to showcase the digital capabilities of the TP Cloud Campus solutions. The jeepney was parked at the amphitheater until March 6. It is currently parked TP Molino ((Vista Mall Daang Hari) until March 10. It will be going to various other sites thereafter.

TP Cloud Campus solution

Teleperformance PH launched the Cloud Campus solution in 2021, while the country with the rest of the world was on stricter lockdowns due to the surges of Covid-19 cases. It was rolled out as a revolutionary and innovative new global operating model, specially designed by the company to facilitate a socially enriched work-at-home environment. It allows brands to easily expand their operations and at the same time deliver customer experiences through the unique, cloud-centric solution developed by the giant BPO firm.

There are two main Teleperformance Cloud Campus hubs in the country—in TP Fairview site in Quezon City and in TP Aura in Taguig City. Those are complemented by multiple smaller kiosks that serve as an operational command center for virtual teams.

The solution enables users to work remotely from anywhere and keep connected to the Teleperformance team via so-called Cloud Campus hubs, which in turn come with innovative features to make employees engaged and connected while maintaining operational efficiency.

“TP Cloud Campus enabled Teleperformance Philippines to bridge people with their favorite brands around the world 24/7,” said Teleperformance Philippines Chief Operations Officer Joey Marquez. “Designed to harmonize onsite and remote work environments, TP Cloud Campus encompasses virtual talent acquisition, training, learning and development, quality control, data security, as well as workforce performance management.”

TP Campus Culture

Teleperformance is also promoting its new Campus Culture that supports the physical and mental well-being of employees, backed by bespoke Technology, Analytics, and Process Excellence (T.A.P.) solutions to harness human insights, fun, teamwork, friendly competition, and continuous learning.

T.A.P. includes solutions like training simulations, gamification, operational remote management platforms, and collaboration platforms, for optimized Virtual Training Rooms, Digital Whiteboards, and Wallboards to generate real-time productivity, performance, workload technology monitoring reports, and chatbot TP Digital Floormaker, made with machine learning and analytics capabilities to enable more First Call Resolutions and reduced Average Handling Time.

Together, the TP Cloud Campus and T.A.P. innovation engines equip client-partners with high-tech, high-touch solutions built on a keen understanding of people’s interaction history and sentiments.

Teleperformance keeps safety and confidentiality intact within the setup by storing information is remote environments—no client or customer data is locally stored. The company also ensures that there are layers of security, including PCI-certified architecture, multi-factor authentication, device lockdown, and TV Protect—an integrated data security solution allowing real-time monitoring and provision of alerts to avoid fraudulent activities.
