The top fashion retailer in the country, Uniqlo, has announced the upcoming opening of three new stores. The new locations in Parañaque, Zamboanga, and Butuan will collectively add more than 2,915 sqm of physical shopping space to Uniqlo Philippines.
“With our latest store openings, we hope to make our unique LifeWear items available to more Filipinos, and to help them with their everyday clothing needs,” said Uniqlo Philippines COO Masayoshi Nakamura. “We want our new stores to be accessible to locals, to bring greater shopping convenience, and to enable new customers to experience Uniqlo and LifeWear for the first time.”
The company will open its store in SM City Sucat (Ground Level of Building B) on December 18, 2020. The location will showcase LifeWear products across 1,014 sqm of shopping space.
Also in the pipeline are two new store openings in Mindanao. Uniqlo’s first-ever store in Zamboanga City (SM MindPro) is set to open in the first quarter of 2021. It will take 766 sqm of shopping space. The Uniqlo store in SM City Mall Butuan will also open in 2021. It will have 859 sqm of shopping space.
The three new Uniqlo stores will all showcase the latest and complete lineup of Uniqlo LifeWear, carrying all items for women, men, kids, and babies—including shirts, pants, jeans, denims, dresses, the AIRism collection, and UV Protection items.
