Coca-Cola Philippines threw a grand summer party as it capped the second season of its Coke Studio on April 25, 2019. Held at the vast Mall of Asia Arena, the Coke Studio Summer Concert gathered its Season 2 artists in an evening of fun, musical extravagance, and lots of refreshing Coke bottles, given away for free.
Celebrities Ylona Garcia and Justin Quirino hosted the much-awaited summer concert. Among the Coke Studio Homecoming artists that headlined the event were Sam Concepcion, Khalil Ramos, Patty Tiu, Ben & Ben, Kriesha Chu, Gab and John of Urbandub, Shanti Dope, Abra, IV of Spades, KZ Tandingan, Juan Miguel Severo, and Apl.de.Ap.
Coke Studio Season 2 was about Homecoming to everyone’s younger selves, to roots, and to rich diversity. It aimed to make people look back at their first love, ups and downs, dreams, and self-discovery—all ultimately ending up with coming home through the love of music.
