Following the announcement by the government to put Metro Manila and a few more provinces under the Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) for the rest of the month (August 21 to 31, 2021), Cebu Pacific and its cargo unit Cebgo has released an updated list of canceled flights during the period.
The country’s leading carrier has assured that all affected passengers have already been informed through the contact details they have provided upon booking the flights. The passengers are also advised to choose their preferred options via the Manage Booking portal on the company’s official website until 30 days from the date of departure.
Just like in the previous batches of flight cancellations, Cebu Pacific passengers can opt to rebook (within 60 days at no added cost), refund (a process that takes 2 months to complete), or put the amount into a travel fund (that can be used to book new flights or pay for add-ons within 2 years).
Furthermore, passengers who want to voluntarily postpone their domestic flights and those who travel beyond essential reasons until August 31 can cancel up to 2 hours prior to their original schedule of departure. They may then select their preferred options through the Manage Booking portal.
Below is the updated list of canceled Cebu Pacific flights in the 11-day period:
