It has been 2 years since Uniqlo officially rolled out its online store in the Philippines! When Uniqlo.com was introduced on July 16, 2020, it was described as Uniqlo’s ‘largest store’—a platform for Uniqlo customers to continue enjoying and shopping for their favorite LifeWear items, in all sizes, amid the ongoing pandemic.
Now, Uniqlo.com has undoubtedly gotten huge. The Japanese global apparel retailer has designated August as a month to celebrate Uniqlo.com’s second birthday. And what other way to mark the celebration but by introducing new and updated services along with limited offers and exciting events all month long?
“As we continue to see the shift to online shopping in the last few years, we remain committed to making lives better—whether through our functional, high-quality, and stylish clothing, or services that provide convenient and stress-free shopping experience at home or on the go,” said Uniqlo PH COO Masato Kusumoto.
Month-long celebration
“The month-long celebration of Uniqlo.com’s second anniversary is our way of thanking customers who have been with us the past two years. We will continue to improve our services so we can further enrich their lives,” he added.
Since Day 1, Uniqlo.com has the widest selection of LifeWear items. Shoppers can access the pre-launch of new items and avail of online-exclusive extra sizes via the platform. Delivery has also gone faster—promising a delivery time of a day to 3 days within Metro Manila.

For its part, the Uniqlo app allows customers to enjoy free alterations on select bottoms. To request adjustments for online purchases, shoppers should choose the alteration type and inseam length on the item’s page.
The app also facilitates a Click and Collect feature that enables customers to shop online and eventually pick up their purchased items at their most convenient time at the nearest Uniqlo store. They can also avail of fast and free nationwide shipping for a minimum purchase of ₱2,500 (cash on delivery is an option).
For the entire month of August, Uniqlo app customers can get a ₱300 discount coupon when they order through Click and Collect.
Live Station
Uniqlo’s shopping livestream feature also has exciting offers throughout the month. Customers can join the live online episodes and purchase items in real-time. They can also interact with the streaming hosts and stylists—to whom they can ask questions. Lastly, viewers and shoppers can win special prizes.
