Payments for Department of Health (DOH) transactions within Metro Manila are now made faster, more secure, and more convenient. The DOH-Metro Manila Center for Health Development (DOH-MMCHD) has officially launched its online payment service through its partner MyEG Philippines, Inc. (MYEG PH).
Beginning February 1, 2023, hospitals, health facilities, health workers, and other clients of DOH in the metro can pay for permits, licenses, accreditation, authorization, registration, certification, clearances, violations, and other transactions through www.myeg.ph.
“The DOH-MMCHD has taken the initiative to adopt modern transaction procedures. The DOH-MMCHD is the first office in the DOH to accept online payments, an accomplishment we are proud of,” said DOH Assistant Secretary Gloria J. Balboa, who was also a former DOH-MMCHD Regional Director.
“Together with MYEG PH, we have high hopes that this alternative payment scheme will not only provide our customers, clinics, and hospitals with greater ease and efficiency but also with safer and more expedient delivery of payments,” she added.

The new online payment system was demonstrated during the February 1 launch n DOH Headquarters.
The newly launched online payment service is expected to not only provide convenience in transactions and fees payment. DOH Assistant Secretary Balboa is also confident this could help prevent corruption because payments would be coursed directly online instead of personally through cashiers. Payments could now be made easier, more time-saving, and more hassle-free online at www.myeg/services/doh-mmchd.
Online payments via the MYEG website also give citizens another payment option aside from those existing—e-wallets (GCash, Maya, ShopeePay, and GrabPay), online bank transfers (via BPI, BDO, UnionBank, RCBC, Maybank, credit/debit cards, and cash payments through branches of 7-Eleven (Cliqq), Cebuana Lhuillier, Palawan Express, Bayad Center, SM Malls, Robinsons Department Stores, Tambunting Pawnshop, RD Pawnshop, USSC, Posible, DA5, and many others nationwide.
“We are excited that we’re now able to start accepting online payments, providing our clients with the ease of doing business with DOH,” said DOH-MMCHD Regional Director Aleli Annie Grace P. Sudiacal.
For her part, MyEG PH Chief Executive Officer Ann Margaret T. Saldaña assured that the newly launched online payment system is designed to provide DOH-MMCHD and the citizens with a more convenient, easier, faster, and hassle-free experience in processing and making payments.
