Global technology and services leader and Philippines’ largest private employer Concentrix, unveiled iX360, its immersive experience center for intelligent solutions, alongside the launch of its newest operations site at GBF Tower 2, marking a significant step in strengthening the Philippines’ position as a hub for innovation, digital transformation, and integrated business solutions excellence.
The dual launch called “iX360 and GBF Site: Digital Journeys Reimagined,” reflects Concentrix’s continued investment in the country—bringing together advanced technology, purposeful design, world-class work environment and Filipino talent to deliver intelligent experience at scale.
Partners in national and local government such as DICT, PEZA, TESDA, Quezon City LGU, and associations such as CCAP, IBPAP and Fintech Alliance joined the launch, alongside private sector partners such as Robinson’s Land Corporation and Philippine Airlines.

Expanding operations, empowering talent with the workplace of the future
Complementing iX360 is Concentrix’s new site at GBF Tower in Quezon City, supporting the company’s growing operations while providing a modern, dynamic workplace. With almost 4,000 employees, GBF Tower is Concentrix’s 52nd site in the Philippines, sustaining the company’s status as the nation’s largest private employer. Its teams support clients in multiple industries such as FinTech, Digital Media, Education, Retail/Consumer Goods, Travel, Transport, Wellness, and Utilities.
Concentrix GBF Tower occupies 7 floors spanning almost 20,000 square meters of space and together with iX360, represents an investment of approximately ₱2 Billion from Concentrix. GBF is also equipped with amenities such as gym, clinic, wellness and recreational areas, multiple pantries, sleeping quarters, and shower rooms.
The new site reinforces Concentrix’s commitment to creating environments where people and technology thrive together, enabling teams to deliver high-value services while continuously building capabilities in digital and AI-driven solutions.
