MSI PH announces first authorized repair centers outside Metro Manila

MSI Philippines has officially announced its partnership with select authorized providers in an effort to make its services more accessible to customers and partners outside the National Capital Region.

MSI laptop repairs can now be facilitated through official partners in Albay, Cagayan, Cebu, and Zamboanga. The company intends to make the turnaround time for the entire service process much faster in more parts of the country. It also disclosed plans to expand this effort to target areas in Baguio, Davao, Iloilo, and Tacloban.

“This is a huge step for us because apart from enabling people with the best technology, we also recognize the importance of efficient service and bringing it nearer to our customers,” said MSI Philippines Product manager Rhyan Sy. “We want to help in ensuring their laptops are taken care of and it will be run at its best to give productivity for every user.”

MSI users from other parts of the country outside Metro Manila can now go directly to authorized partners in their areas for unit assessments. They just need to provide proof of purchase for warranty purposes. Customers are assured that safety protocols are always observed in those authorized locations.

Aside from these partnerships, MSI Philippines has also started offering pick-up services for customers within Metro Manila. This can be availed for select MSI laptop models (still covered by warranty).
