Device users can opt to keep the unit or ask for a full refund within the prescribed period. Their decision can depend on the condition of the flagship smartphones they purchased. The program can be availed in select Samsung Experience Stores.

The Galaxy S21 Series 5G (128GB0 is available for as low as ₱44,990 for the Galaxy S21 5G, ₱54,990 for the Galaxy S21+ 5G, and ₱66,990 for the Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G.
The Galaxy S21 5G is available in Phantom Violet and Phantom Gray. The Galaxy S21+ 5G is available in Phantom Violet, Phantom Silver, and Phantom Black., while the Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G comes in Phantom Silver and Phantom Black.
